Susan Hanes & Associates Insurance Agency was established in 2009 in Kingsport, Tennessee. The full service agency offers all lines of property/casualty and life insurance.

Principal agent Susan Hanes has over 38 years of insurance experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from East Tennessee State University.
Each member of the friendly, four-agent staff is fully licensed and takes pride in giving outstanding customer service. Among these agents are:
Julie Sproles
- 20 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
- Previously worked for a large banking company's insurance side of the business
- Also handles personal lines policies
Jamie Fuller
- Earned a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies from Milligan College
- Licensed property/casualty and life insurance agent since 2011
- Member of Insurance Professionals of Kingsport (a chapter of the Tennessee Council of Insurance Professionals).
